Chef David’s love affair with food is reflected in his hand picked, fresh produce and quality ingredients. The chef takes pride in making all of his own sauces and does not believe in many of the popular shortcuts that are used in other restaurants.

Chef David’s specialty is Mediterranean cuisine because of the healthy use of olive oil (instead of butter), and the creative combination of ripe fruits, vegetables, pungent herbs, grilled meats and fish. The chef is also an expert in preparing Pacific Rim food that is so very popular in Hawaii.
